This place was GREAT. Somebody give Ramon and the wonderful people who look after this place a raise!! It was so clean, everybody was super helpful, and the location was perfect. It’s a quieter side of Phuket, steps away from wonderful local restaurants and very easy to be picked up for tours. There’s even a cafe nearby that does a cooking class and a local pearl farm/shop right next door. There’s so much in this small slice of Phuket. A great place to stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, merci à Ramon qui s’est montré très gentil et réactif durant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement :)

Wir sind super zufrieden! Traumhafte Lage, direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles war da, was man braucht. Man konnte sich jederzeit Kajaks an der Villa kostenlos nehmen. Ramon hilft jederzeit mit der Organisation von Ausflügen, Taxis, antwortet meist innerhalb weniger Minuten, alles unkompliziert. Das war alles in allem wirklich toll!

Couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend my first trip to Thailand. Ramon was more than helpful with helping us book taxis, a boat ride to Ko He, and any questions we had about the area. The view was spectacular from the third floor. The space was very clean and comfortable. The location is tucked away from the main road and feels very safe. Ao Yon Beach is beautiful and felt like our own private beach. Plenty of food options close by. I particularly liked At The Beach around the corner for sunsets. The Used Book Store was an awesome hidden gem. The rooftop bar and lounge at Akoya was worth every penny for that view and delicious food & cocktails. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about my experience here. I hope to find a way to make a place like this my home. I did not want to leave. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

Our host Ramon was very responsive and kind. He arranged for us early check-in that we forgot to ask in advance. We got two rooms and an open kitchen in second floor, which was very private and suited us at the most. Light breeze and constant sound of the small waves was the cherry on the top of very nice rooms. The only minus are a bit small rooms, especially the bathrooms, which are really tiny and narrow - but ohh the view from the front room shower is heavenly! The sea in this bay is very very nice and not so shallow, suitable to swim all day. You can use chairs, kayak and sup, which bellong to the house. We also went on a trip for Banana beach - we recommend to go early (8. 30) in the morning before crowds come and spoil the peace and beauty of the island. Overall, I could say this is not a typical Phuket beach being very calm, almost empty and very private. Only three places on the beach to drink and eat. But plenty of food on the main road.
