Istifan's place is amazing and I stayed for 6 weeks)! I loved his place (I will buy it if it's available - that's how much I love it). - Location: one of the best locations in my opinion. If you are like me - love to walk everywhere - you will love Istifan's place. I walk 12 min/1 km (or 16 mins/1 mile). Within 15 mins, I can reach anywhere in Old Town, Chinatown, business district nearby, and partial Saint Catherine St. Within 30 mins, I can walk to Apple store (2.8km/1.8 mile away), the Villiage, Mount Royal, etc. The only few times I did not walk while staying at his place was when I was too drunk. - Host: Istifan is the best host in my opinion. He always responds quite fast. I had some very small issues/questions and he answered my message super fast. He is also a very reasonable host. - Apartment itself: EXACTLY like the pictures, like "identical twins". I honestly feel like I am living in the Castle. The only complaint I have is that I am struggling to come up one.

Our recent stay was splendid! From start to finish, Istifan exceeded all expectations and truly made our trip memorable. If we could rate him 6/5, we would without hesitation. Istifan was incredibly communicative, responsive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we booked. His support and attentiveness throughout our stay were unparalleled. The apartment itself was a true gem. Its open-concept design and charming brick-lined interior gave it a unique character that made us feel like we had been transported to Europe. Being situated in the heart of Old Town was an absolute delight. We could easily explore the cobblestone streets, immerse ourselves in the local culture, and access the waterfront and bike trails with incredible ease. We can't recommend this host and apartment enough. It's a perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the magic of Old Town while enjoying the comfort and hospitality of a host who goes above and beyond. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable

I would highly recommend staying at Istifan's place! Istifan is a very responsive and accommodating host and gives plenty of clear instructions. Self check-in was a breeze, and I was grateful to not have any issues since I arrived in the middle of the night. The apartment itself is very spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and well-stocked with all the basics. Additionally, the location can't be beat -- steps away from the restaurants, bars and attractions of Old Montreal! I was on foot, so I also appreciated the 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station and supermarket. I always felt safe even when coming home from night classes. During my stay, I was working from home, taking a class and visiting the city, and the apartment worked perfectly for my needs. You will not be disappointed!

The place is spacious, nice and clean. Very walkable and with many cafe and restaurant nearby. The host is also very nice, helpful and responsive. It was a good experience!
