J’ai passé 2 mois dans ce studio qui est bien situé. Station de métro à côté et des resto et magasins. Mais a mon avis c’est trop cher pour passer un séjour qui dure quelques mois.

Séjour de six mois dans l'appartement d'Augustin. Pendant cette période, j'ai pu apprécier la fonctionnalité de l'appartement, sa luminosité, ses équipements ainsi que son emplacement bien desservi par les transports en commun et dans un excellent quartier. Les sept étages sans ascenseur ne sont qu'une habitude à prendre et un bon moyen de faire du sport à moindre coût ! Augustin a toujours été très réactif à mes requêtes. Tout est fait pour passer un excellent séjour à Paris.

Augustin's place was really lovely - it is exactly as pictured. It is a studio, but the layout is perfect and makes the space feel much bigger than it is. I spent 3 months during the summer at Augustin's place and it was perfect. The apartment faces the courtyard, so it is very quiet, but you get a beautiful French view. The place is in a great location, around the corner from a great metro line, down the street from Parc Monceau, close to a lot restaurants, boulangeries and grocery stores. It's in the 17th, so away from tourists and crowds, but it is a quick 20-30 minute metro ride to get to the heart of the city. It is on the 7th floor of a walk up, so really the 8th floor, so getting your luggage up and down can be a struggle. Also, it is a studio, so there is limited storage, so depending on how long you're staying it can get a bit cramped with suitcases, etc. However, if you can get past the stairs, I definitely recommend Augustin's place!

The accommodation is in a very good and quiet location in Paris. The area is very "frenchy" and perfect if you want to immerse yourself in Parisian life. The metro (3) is only 2 minutes’ walk away and goes directly to the city center in 15 minutes. Additionally, there is an RER station that offers other opportunities. Everything is nearby and within 2-5 min to walk grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy...). There are super nice bars and very good restaurants nearby. The pretty Parc Monceau is also highly recommended. The studio faces to the inner courtyard. The courtyard is very nice and makes the typical Paris flair true. While it is seven floors to the accommodation, the view and the cozy studio makes it worth it! The studio is modern, like-new and cozy at the same time. There is a large bed, a nice sofa, and a desk in the studio, as well as a basic kitchen and enough storage space. The bathroom even has a washing machine, which was important for my longer stay. The kitchen has a good basic equipment, so you can also provide yourself in the best way. The studio faces to the courtyard; therefore, it is quiet. It is also pleasantly quiet during the day. The delightful window and view make the apartment very special. Augustin and his wife made me feel very welcome, gave me tips and info, and were very helpful and always effort to make sure everything fit. I felt very care and very comfortable. The studio was perfect for my time and want book it again for my next visit to Paris. If you love the Parisian flair, it's right one. And I felt like I was living a bit as "Emily in Paris." ;-)
