We spent month in this apartment during March. While I was working and using the apartment as home office (I can confirm the stable and high speed internet connection) my wife and kids (1 and 4 years old) were exploring surrounding. There is not much to visit in Solares, Train to Santander is quite slow (50 min). Fortunately we had a car. Somo beach is 15-20min away by car and its very nice. We had a comfortable stay. There are 3 smaller rooms and living room connected with kitchen. The beds are not full size double beds (160-200cm), but still good enough for 2 people and comfortable. One room (kids) has drawer bed which is not visible from photos. The apartment is under the roof so it is not so spacious and you have to watch out your head and there is not much sunlight if you close door to rooms. The heating was working well and hot water was ready fast as well as the pressure was good (specifically mentioning that because of experience with other accommodation from past).
