A fantastic property in a wonderful location, a stone’s throw from all the restaurants, shops, and nightlife of Echoland. Chalet #5 was perfect for our family of five - plenty of space, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the sundries to ensure a seamless and stress-free stay. Moreover, Sayaka was incredibly responsive and clearly focused on ensuring a great guest experience. We look forward to our next visit!

Nice Chalet in the center, with every possible needs - restaurants, CVS, others just round the corner. We were at the chalet no. 5 which is the biggest one. The chalet itself was nice, spacious and well organized on three floors (including the ground floor). Very clean and homely - we were two families adults could sit at one place while kids could be together at another area. Communications were smooth, prompt and courteous. Junko was very helpful. In fact on the last morning of our check-out our friend misplaced her earring. Junko was helpful, she tried to search whatever possible and tried sending back - this was very kind. So overall good ! Highly recommended for someone visiting Hakuba
