We had a wonderful stay at Francesca's and Giovanni's apartment. The apartment itself is really nice and spacious, and it has all the facilities that you need. And it is a really short walk from the beach, the promenade, Viareggio city center and so many good restaurants and cafés. Even better, and what the kids found the best, is that the apartment is just above Viareggio's best ice cream dealer. But what really was the icing on the cake for the stay, was the hospitality of Francesca and Giovanni. They have been really helpful, serviceminded and friendly from the moment we booked the trip, reaching out before we our travel day and providing us with lots of local recommendations - beach club, restaurants, sightseeing spots - and all that we tested were really worthwhile. We had such a lovely stay that we are certain to come back. Highly, highly recommended.

Wir haben uns in Giovannis und Francescas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich zentral in Viareggio. Somit war man innerhalb wenigen Gehminuten sowohl im Zentrum, als auch am Strand! Francesca hatte sehr gute Restaurant, Strand, Bäcker und Metzger Empfehlungen! Es lohnt sich diese auszuprobieren! Es war toll morgens mit dem Fahrrad 2-3 Minuten durch die Straßen Viareggios zu fahren und frische Brötchen und Wurst für das Frühstück zu kaufen.Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Es gab sogar Snacks und Sekt als Gastgeschenke. Auf 2 Etagen bietet die Wohnung genügend Platz und mit 2 geräumigen Bädern die Möglichkeit sich parallel zu duschen. Die Wohnung ist auch kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Bei scharfen Tischkanten, gibt es einen Kantenschutz. Wer mag smartTV=Netflix u. Co Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Klare Buchungsempfehlung von unserer Seite. Wir würden sehr gerne nochmal diese Gastfreundschaft genießen wollen.
