Had a great time staying here. Close to food and water. Peaceful, beautiful, clean and plenty of room. Has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The house was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We had three adults staying and we were all very pleased with the accommodations. Sean was very responsive, polite and friendly. The location is very close to main thoroughfares but still quiet and peaceful enough for a family of deer to hang out right over the fence from the house. As mentioned in other reviews, the beds were ever loud and creaky but it wasn’t a dealbreaker by any means. We live the Rockport area and although during this year’s spring break the weather wasn’t very cooperative, we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider a stay at Sean’s place again.

What. A. House. Me and my fiance plus our two friends stayed here for the weekend & we were all SHOOK about how amazing it was. Honestly the pictures are so good on here, but they didn’t even do justice. Our pups also loved the GREEN GREEN grass. Thank you for having us 🤍 (the only thing I would fix is the shower pressure) but other than that 🤣🩷
