Nice little apartment in city centre, very nice location, with great views from the balcony too just overall great.

We stayed in Sheffield for 4 nights and stay was very comfortable. The penthouse is very conveniently located and travel around the city is easy. The terrace was a nice place for morning coffee. My only concern was that it gets noisy at night during weekends

Tony was very professional, understanding and fair. Always replied, main means of communication was via the Whatpp a group. Property has a good space and has such great potential. Main issues - beds need replacing, as they were dipped in middle and edges so an uncomfortable sleep for me, being in city centre was great but the price you pay is the noise of the locals/ students parting till early morning hours! - the place just needs an upkeep perhaps change carpets (seemed old) , beds , pillows, balcony furniture - and more attention to details. No soap, conditioner or shampoo in dispensers, - plenty of towels however. I know Tony can make this place into a 5 star set up, if he does I would more then happily return and would even be happy to pay more for it. I wish Tony all the best. Ps. Tony was kind enough to send someone the Next day to fix the washing machine, and also reimbursed me £100 for the inconvenience caused. I would stay again, just some minor improvements needed.
