Home was very clean and as described. Cell phones worked well despite no WiFi and we most definitely did not miss the TVs! Great place to relax and connect. Enjoyed watching the horse and buggies as they passed by. Excellent host!

We were in town for a funeral peaceful rural location yet close to town. How was large and very clean with lots of amenities supplies. Great stay, will stay again when in the area.

Very gracious hosts who even welcomed us with a dozen farm fresh eggs in the refrigerator! We were grateful to find such a peaceful place at the last minute, coming in for a family event nearby. The beds and living room furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The cleanliness of the entire house stands out. The laundry room was very nice and handy to have. We have family in the area, but for those new to the community, please be aware to always be vigilant for buggies and bicycles on the roads from our Mennonite and Amish neighbors. Although in the country, there is a nearby gas station with some food items, a Dollar General Store, and a McDonald's. The town of Nappanee down the road is charming and with several good restaurants. We were there for proximity to Elkhart, and it was an easy drive. Our family would definitely stay at the Martins' house again and it felt good to "unplug" from wifi and tv. A special shoutout to Charlotte who was so kind.

Beautiful property and friendly, accommodating hostess. Loved the fact that there was a bedroom on the 1st floor and 2 upstairs where the kids could stay and we could move around w/out disturbing them! It was nice to have a laundry room right there to use and 2 full bathrooms was a treat!
