Park Avenue Luxe 1BR is for a 1 BEDROOM in a 3 bedroom townhouse. All other rooms will be off limits, unless organized prior to check-in. Usage of the other 2 bedrooms will result in a charge of $100 per night stayed. The large 3-bedroom townhouse has full ducted air-conditioning. You and your guests will have access to: The master bedroom & ensuite The downstairs laundry & toilet The kitchen & dining & living area Outdoor BBQ space 2 off street covered car parks **NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.** Please note: a pet fee of $33 per pet per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved prior to check-in. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000. As a rule we only take families. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.
I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Brisbane and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the location was convenient. However, I was surprised by an extra charge upon checking out on a public holiday. Despite this, I highly recommend this accommodation for its comfort and convenience.
A nice apartment. Close to the eye hospital. I was surprised at the bond price of $1000 and that my dog , a quiet and clean cavalier, was charged $33 a night to stay. For these reasons I won’t stay there again. The lounge suite was quite old and had stains on it. It wasn’t very comfortable to sit in. For me that made me anxious as I had to pay the bond money and I hope that I am not accused of marking it. I couldn’t find an iron and ironing board. The bed was comfortable and the AC was excellent.
Great apartment with plenty of space. Comfy beds and extremely clean. lt feels like a home away from your home. l would highly recommend this place.
So close to the Brisbane CBD 3.5km, the WESLEY HOSPITAL 350m, the Auchenflower train station 350m, Toowong shopping centre 1km, milton shops 1.5km, bottle shop 300m, cafes and restaurants, the river and Walking distance Suncorp Stadium
plenty of public transport available including, buses, trains, ferry, city cycle and lime scooters, walking tracks
