Great stay! Very clean space in a wonderful neighborhood. We found parking directly across the street, in front of the park. Lots to do nearby and very close to downtown Richmond. Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful and stylish home in one of my favorite neighborhoods in Richmond. It’s walkable and has enough small things to do and plenty to eat and drink while maintaining a quiet neighborhood feel.

Came down from DC for a few days just to check out Richmond and we loved it! Great city and great apartment, it was quiet and peaceful, walkable with lots of free street parking, loved exploring Church Hill and Shockoe Bottom on foot and it was easy to drive to other areas of the city. The only thing that was true fly was opening the lockbox, we had the right combo, but it took some maneuvering to get it open. Once inside everything worked well!

This top floor apartment felt private with the front view of the park. We kept the front windows open from sun down to sunup. They had everything we needed! We did use the washer (didn't read about the drying setting until after) and was able to hang the clothes in the beautiful walk in closet to dry. In addition there are two parks within a close distance and a beautifyl veiw of the city.

Our visit to Richmond was enhanced by our stay here. Charming old house and hosts were very responsive, we would happily stay again.
