Loved it! Lots of personality. An excellent valet area in the extra large room and bathroom for easy living out of a suitcase. Clean, cozy and comfortable all around! A variety of blanket weights was appreciated on a weekend that went from hot to cold. Fluffy towels and a large shower with good water pressure were so nice. Walkable access to the Roaring Creek trail at Weiser State Forest was super convenient, and popping in to Knoebels was a snap. Shopping (WalMart) for necessities took under thirty minutes including the drive. On Saturday night, friends got together at the Olde Stone. We had 16 for dinner and drinks - everyone really enjoyed their meals (which came out fast, hot and together). We also enjoyed beer, wine and cocktails - inside to start then on the patio as the evening warmed, then back to the fireplace as the night grew cooler. The staff was just wonderful - fun, attentive, accurate and friendly. Be sure to check out the inspirational messages on the floorboards of the wrap-around porch. I didn't experience any evidence of the ghosts, but will be staying at the Olde Stone again with fingers crossed.

Cozy historic home… quite comfy. Mary is a great host… keeps the fires going and always ready to sit and chat some! Would stay again when in area!

This place is so unique, it had such character. I wish we had more time to sit on the rocking chairs and enjoy the country air or walk down to the lake. The house is so beautiful. We loved our room, the bed was so comfy. My niece said the house would be an awesome an Escape Room/house with all the secret passages. We loved it and would go back in a second. It is minutes away to Knoebels. That was our mission this time. So it worked out perfectly. ♥️
