We prolonged the reservation in flats of Mr. Marius. Both are very comfortable and clean, with parking too. Communication is perfect - Marius is very nice and helpful. We recommend highly !

Mr. Marius is really very nice and attentive homeowner. Communication with him is perfect - very quickly and professional. We prolonged our reservation because our colleagues are there very satisfied. Flats are stylish, comfortable and clean, with all needed. There are also parking places. We recommend warmly, for business trip, too !

A very nice, clean apartment. Everything is modern. Excellent Wi-Fi. Enough space to pace or stretch. The bed is comfortable, the chairs a little uncomfortable. Up three floors, though there is an elevator. It did get hot sometimes in August, but not unbearably so, even during a heat wave. There is a decent fan in the room, and if there's a breeze, the air flows very well. The shower spills a bit, but nothing that will bother the vast majority of people. The washing machine isn't in the room, but they give you a key to access one, no issues. The location is directly across from a Carrefour and a local market, and is within two or three minutes of the old town. The room gets very bright at dawn. I'd put pillows in one window that doesn't have curtains, which stopped the sunrise from hitting my eyes directly, but even then, it gets light inside quickly. (I've found this to be a common problem in Romania, though, if you like to sleep in even a little.)

Great place to stay, safe and quiet, close to all local ameties. The flat, as well as the apartment, was modern and well kept. The host was very understanding and a great help. It has been an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend!

The apartment is very close to the centre in Medias and it's arguably the best accommodation in town. The flat is around 5 mins at most from the city square and it's extremely cosy and with a beautiful view towards the hills. It's impeccable and extremely cosy. Marius has been of great help, responding very quickly to any questions and being very welcoming to us. Highly recommended!
