Welcome to Craig, AK. A quaint town of about 1200 individuals. The neighborhood where to apartment is located is just a half block from the town’s Main Street. Across the street from the apartment one will find First Bank AK. Walking a short 1/2 block, is our historic general store, JT Brown’s, complete with select groceries, fishing gear, best coffee brewing. The store is complete with original wood floors, gossip of the day, and friendly smiles! Dockside Cafe serves three meals a day, starting at 5AM. Currently is closed on Sunday and Monday. One will find easy strolling among the docks, watching the boats come in to unload their catch, stroll down to the old seafood processing plant and remnants of the old docks and the future site of our new harbor.

The apartment has parking available. There is a taxi on the island, the Tribal Association has a bus that has a route to pick-up individuals, posted around town at various businesses. Car rentals are available through Rainforest Auto or Hollis Adventure Rentals. If you don’t mind walking, most everything is within 6-8 block walk from the apartment.
