Susan’s place in St. George plantation is a lovely, peaceful, relaxing place to stay. Would love to come back. The sunroom was my favorite spot in the house!

Beautiful place, and great location. This place had every accommodation needed for a wonderful week. We loved the amazing morning sunrises and watching the dolphins. We will most definitely stay again.

This home was great and located on the beach for easy access. The space can accommodate a family with adult children and not just young children. It’s very hard to find that in rentals nowadays. The 3 large king suites were exactly what we were looking for. The spaces were private enough for down time alone if needed. The bathrooms could use some renovations as they are a little dated and very well lived in unlike the main areas of the home. A few areas that can use attention… Towels were an issue for a weeks stay. We did several loads while there. There were bikes in the garage but all had flat tires and were not useable. Not enough outdoor seating for the amount of people the home can accommodate. Overall we had a wonderful week and will stay again if we travel to St George Island in the future.

We had a wonderful week for our family of 14 at Susan's beach house. Watching the sun rise on the ocean horizon from the bedroom and/or living room was magical. Access to "our own" beach right next to the house and down the boardwalk was a rare treat for us. If you plan to stay a week as we did, plan to pack extra towels and washcloths. One per person did not go far and kept the washer busy every day. One roll toilet paper per bathroom soon ran out. With the Piggly Wiggly close by though, we had easy access to more dish detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc The kitchen is well furnished. We cooked meals every day. The beds were comfy, and we were delighted for all the bathrooms adjacent to most of the bedrooms. However, we quickly learned to plan our showers; too many showers running at once took all the hot water. We would not hesitate to book this place again. We feel like it is a great value for the affordable price.
