William made us feel at home. We flew down to take my daughter to UF softball games and for a short vacation. Great place to stay that is off the beaten path but close to many things to do. Highly recommend his place.

Mr. Bill was awesome from get go. As soon as we arrived he was kind and funny. He showed us around and told us the rules about the animals. I have 2 kids they enjoyed him as well. This place felt like home. I’m from Williston so being able to come home and stay in a peaceful setting was what we needed. Everyone was friendly. We broke down at the end of the drive and I called Bill and he was coming to the rescue. We figured it out and headed back up. My fiancé fixed the (Ute) our Expedition. He was there offering tools and any help. We eventually got our day started with the beach and he called me to make sure we made it and he didn’t need to go on a rescue mission. Needless to say he’s a very caring man. We enjoyed our stay and the little visits with Bill. We will be going back for sure!!!

We were at the Happy House for 4 days with our dogs . We arrived to a picturesque horse farm.. ponds on both sides of the drive and hourses in the pasture.. we were greeted by our host Bill. He was super friendly and even gave us a ride to show us the trails..which btw are amazing.. lots of trails behind your Airbnb!! We spent a lot of out time on the beautiful porch overlooking the pasture..we ate dinner out there most nights..and were visited by Buddy, toby and prancer the ADORABLE dogs!. Bill and Claudia were so kind and welcoming.. They definitely make you feel at home! 💯 would recommend this Airbnb!
