Can't beat the location and the space was a perfect size for our stay. There were a few amenities and spaces requiring update. For those bringing pets, would recommend bringing a baby gate for the back porch.

We loved the location! The complex was easy to access and had convenient access to the beach. Beaches were not crowded for it being so close to spring break! The bedroom at Taylor’s place was comfortable. Upon arriving, there was a sour laundry smell that eventually went away and the chair in the bedroom looked quite dingy. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Love SGI and where this complex is located. If you're not directly on the beach the K units are very good in that you still have a view of the water. Note that there are a lot of steps from where you park to the front door of unit. Once inside you have to go down a set of steps to main living area. This can be slippery for your canine companion. Mainly a problem when unloading especially if outdoor stairs are wet. Taylor is a gracious host and quick to reply to any issues. We wouldn't hesitate to book again and hope to in the future. The unit was clean and the bed is great. A couple of minor issues: broken teapot and toaster, the 2 things we use first in the morning. There is a backup toaster oven but hard to pour boiling water from a pot. Also in the future would hope to see an updated bathroom and when comparing quotes make sure it's inclusive of pets if bringing your's. All in all, a great stay and a great host.
