We loved our stay here, from the spacious rooms to the nice back patio area. This house was so cozy. We also liked that it was right down from the river. Definitely recommend!

Would be fine for a guys fishing weekend. Front porch was dirty, chairs on front porch need cleaning. Dirty steps on front. No trashcan liners in bathroom, no bar soap, no shampoo, 1 roll toilet paper provided. Plenty of towels/wash cloths-some wash cloths stained, one with holes. There was a partial jar of pickles and 1/2 bottle of bloody mary mix in the refrigerator. Cigarette butts in planters on front steps. There is peeling paint on inside walls, which may add to the decor but if it was lead paint that could be a safety issue. The dishwasher was full of dishes, ? clean. Parking pad is off the alley in back. Outside sitting area was nice.

Really cool and cozy house. Beds were comfortable. We had two pets so the dog door, fenced yard, and hard wood floors were ideally convenient. The house itself was some of of an attraction with all the neat artifacts. The neighbors dog barked until 2 am the last night we were that so that was problematic since we had to be up early to head home. Other than that it was a great stay.
