What a beautiful cottage. Derek was a fantastic host, and made our stay all the more comfortable with the finishing touches to the property, the flowers on entrance and a bottle of fizz to help with our celebrations. A truly great stay.

We enjoyed a splendid week at this enchanting property, instantly feeling at home with Derek's warm welcome. The convenient location led us to the charming Kings Arm pub, a 5-minute stroll, where the Sunday roast left a lasting impression. The famous Llangennith/Rhossili beach, a short distance away, offered exhilarating walks amidst wild horses. The property itself exuded meticulous maintenance and cozy charm, a perfect blend of modern comfort and welcoming ambiance. Derek's exceptional hospitality ensured a memorable stay, going above and beyond to cater to our every need. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb for a delightful getaway, a gem thanks to Derek's warmth, the convenient location, and the property's impeccable charm. Staying at Derek’s was perfect for us. The little cottage was clean , well equipped , amazing wet room bathroom and very comfortable beds and sofa. Private in its enclosed little garden and safe off road parking in a wonderful beauty spot overlooking Rhossili and the mountains. A gt pub in short walking distance meant we had a truly relaxing time and the free range eggs from Derek’s chickens and ducks were r appreciated. Having our dog was no issue with the enclosed garden and woodland area 2 mins down the road from the cottage to exercise her between walks on Rhossili beach. If you want peace and access to amazing walks and beaches then this is perfect. The village pub is brilliant too. Due to the storm we didn’t use the bbq to sit out in the garden to eat but swam in Derek’s pool twice. I will definitely return. Thankyou Derek

A fantastic location, very homely and cosy accommodation with everything we needed. Great walks nearby and lovely food at the local pub. Derek was very warm and welcoming and we hope to stay again

Derek is the perfect host; friendly, helpful and welcoming. Couple this with a superb location on the gorgeous Gower, a delightful, homely, and thoughtfully equipped cottage and you have the recipe for a place we would love to revisit.
