Phillip was very friendly. The place was just as listed. It was private and quiet had no issues with our stay. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it!

It was raining and stormy the whole time and we still loved this place. Phillip was very responsive all weekend long and was a huge help. The house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. You don’t often stay somewhere that the host thinks of women feminine products and clothes washing detergent. The upstairs bedroom was just darling and my son loved it. Kitchen was an amazing touch and we played games at the table all night. The pond and animals were so picturesque. The animals were friendly and came to the fence every time we came out. It was so fun watching the ducks swim around the pond and walk along the edge all day. It was so quiet and serene out there. We will definitely be back many times!

I stayed 7 weeks at this Airbnb during a relocation. Not one time did the host check in with us. The area and home needs work- badly. The roads are washing away and there were constantly falling trees. The bed upstairs was SO uncomfortable, to the point we couldn’t sleep on it. The downstairs queen bed loudly squeaked even during normal breathing. NO curtains or blinds on all but 1 window!!!! Anyone could see in even when you’re in the bathroom! Lacks toaster/blender. The heat source was unacceptable. It was FREEZING. There was zero insulation & the floors leaked cold air. The bathroom shower was badly cracked which didn’t allow for kids baths. The fridge door slammed open every time you let go of the door. Verizon wireless has zero service. This rental was pet friendly which is why I stayed. If you aren’t from the area and not used to woods, you may find this place very creepy. It was a big learning curve for me. Many noises in the dark! I sadly wouldn’t return.
