The house was everything we expected it to be. It was homey, clean, and comfortable. Martin was helpful in ordering a new chair, light bulbs, and with directions on how to fix the living room ceiling fan/light. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and the fenced in yard worked well for our dog. We felt safe while walking throughout the neighborhood, however, the streets could use a bit of sprucing up. We enjoyed having so many restaurants and stores close by. The house was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry necessities. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in Martin's house.

This is home away from home when we visit our daughter and her family in Birmingham. The house is well appointed with a great washer and dryer, excellent water pressure and an ice maker in the fridge that works very well kitchen is very well equipped. Location is very easy to get to and near great shops, stores and restaurants!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
