This is a timeshare resort. I use my points to book rooms to rent to help pay my maintenance fees. You check in with a guest pass in your name. Must be 21 with PHOTO ID & CREDIT CARD. A hold will be put on the card for parking, damages & purchases you incur. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES. Must comply with resort rules. NO REFUNDS if resort evicts you for not complying. No daily housekeeping. Parking was $24 a night & could change. CHECK IN is 4 PM. CHECK OUT is 10 AM There is no specific room. Rooms are assigned at check in. You can request a room change without my permission. The full kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishware and cleaning supplies. Bring your own cooking supplies such as salt, pepper and coffee. There is no balcony. Sofa couch in living room is queen size. There is a jet tub. There is free basic WIFI. There is no daily housekeeping but there are laundry facilities, and you can pay the resort extra for housekeeping
