Beautiful place. View is amazing. Brian is a great host. Always a quick response if you have a question. Can’t ask for a better place to stay at. Very spacious and everything is updated. This was our third time staying there and can’t wait for the next time.

Very spacious unit, including a huge screened porch. Cool to watch the trains go by and to see an actual riverboat docked overnight across the tracks. The building has a bar, a lounge with craft cocktails, and BBQ that holds its own vs. KC. Garage is huge and easily fits two large vehicles. The walk from the garage to the elevator is unusual, but not bad with the lights on. Overall, a really cool place managed by a high-quailing team who helps create a unique Muscatine experience.

Great location and loved the screened in patio. Home was very clean and very spacious. It’s true that you wouldn’t need to leave the building to have fun.

This is the perfect place to stay. So much to do within walking distance. Brian is a great host. Answered our questions in a timely manner. This place is amazing. Big bedrooms, the screened in porch is great. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Can’t wait to come back for a third time.

The place was as good as advertised, anything we needed brian was just a text away. Location is perfect if you’re stopping by muscatine area.
