Cozy and comfortable!

Good and bad. Good: Equipped for a comfortable stay. Safe and quiet. Comfortable bed. Bad: I had contacted the host before I made my reservation. I asked about fragrances and strong odors. Jessica promised that she would not burn candles so I made the reservation. I again reminded Jessica prior to my arrival to NOT burn candles. When I arrived the place wreaked with the strong scent of scented candles. The windows were open and the host sent a message that she was airing the place out because she had burned candles. My eyes and sinuses burned my entire stay. I had to wash towels and pillowcases before I could even use them because of the strong nauseating smell. Candles made with petroleum emit harsh fumes that linger in the furnishings and it is not healthy to breathe. Non toxic natural beeswax candles that are NOT lit would have plenty enough fragrance for that small space.

This was the perfect stay for my family and I. Jessica and Logan are amazing hosts. We came to Arizona for my son’s Baseball tournament, so we were gone most of the time, but any time we needed something there was great communication. The place was very cozy, and really appreciate how clean it was! The bed and the pullout sofa was very comfortable. Plenty of extra clean white linens and extra blankets as well. It was everything we needed for our stay!

Thank you Jessica for making arrangements to get us into the place during the wee-hours! My flight was delayed beyond the midnight landing and we wound up getting there at 3am! The outside of the house was pretty dark, the street lights were far between, but once we rounded the neighbor's house and were looking right at the property it was easily recognizable from the photos and well-lit. Thank you for a pleasant stay <3

An all-around wonderful experience. What a great place for us to stay for a week of spring training baseball. Centrally-located, great mom-in-law kinda suite with everything we needed. Jessica was responsive when I accidentally cancelled my stay and even made the space available for early check-in. Our only regret is that we didn’t meet her and her husband and explored the backyard.
