The house is located near the main historical street of Häädemeeste. In front of the house is a park with a monument for the first 3-mast ship builders in Estonia.
Neighborhood is interesting mainly because of its natural diversity – sea shores and sand dunes covered with pine forests, coastal meadows bogs and hiking tracks. The Via Baltica Road, completed in 1980 for the Moscow Olympic Games (commonly called the Olympic Road) passes through the municipality.
The Luitemaa Nature Reserve is nicely visible in front of the house. The street itself is "Old Riga Road". There are two churches in the village - Russian orthodox and Lutheran. Several grocery stores, shops, hairdressers, coffees, pub, pharmacy, ATM etc are in the village. Main public beaches are Jaagupi - "Kosmonautika" 5km and Kabli 7km to the south. Häädemeeste coastal meadow with beautiful sandbanks are 0.6km from the house. Häädemeeste kite spot is no. 1 in Baltics. Estonia is one of the safest destinations in Europe. Our house is 0.5km from the police and fire rescue. Local people are humble and respect privacy.

Häädemeeste is the first main village after Estonian/Latvian border next to the Via Baltica Road in Estonia. Closest international airports is in Riga Lidosta (RIX), Latvia then comes Tallinn Airport (TLL). Häädemeeste has a good public transport network from Estonian/Latvian border till Tallinn by busses. Closer public transport options to Riga are starting from Ainaži and express from Pärnu or all over to Estonia.
Häädemeeste is an excellent spot for the nature lovers with plenty hiking tracks in the nature reserve, sport lovers with the best kitespot in the Baltics and all main shops are in the village.
The museum and the monument park of the first Estonian tall ship builders are in front of the house. Behind the beach path to the international favorite kite spot is on the edge of Luitemaa Nature Reserve. A joy to walk the sandbanks with low water get relax by the amazing long northern sunsets at the quiet beach.
