Kostas' place is absolutely amazing! The view from the balcony is so beautiful and the neighbourhood is peaceful. I spent a month there and want to come back again. Kostas and the family are very friendly and helpful. Kostas was always available to help whenever needed. The stay there was just perfect. Thank you so much!

Loved Sitia..very friendly chilled area, fantastic food. Apartment only 5 minute walk to lovely beach and restaurants, shops etc. Excellent room darkening shades for bedroom..important for me. It was a quiet spot too, so I slept well. Huge terrace with sea views. Host gave us some welcome food/drinks which was kind, also he provided us with an item we needed. I would give it a 5 star for everything except the bathroom needed attention. There was plenty of water for showering and using the washing machine (we stayed 2 weeks so we did some washing) but the drain in the bathroom floor was blocked and the dirty smelly water came back up through it..very unpleasant. Unfortunately nothing could be fixed while we were there. If this problem is fixed it would be the perfect place to stay and I would very highly recommend.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und war immer hilfsbereit und schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war groß, gut ausgestattet und ziemlich zentral Die Dachterasse war das Highlight. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Appartement situé dans un quartier d'habitation. Très calme. Terrasse vaste et exceptionnelle avec jolie vue sur la baie de Sitia. Parking gratuit dans la rue. Salle de bains exiguë. Chambre étroite : le côté gauche est contre le mur.

Beautiful apartment near the main streets of Sitia. Wonderful view from the large balcony. We asked to Kostas and his wife some extra things for home and they kindly bring us everything.
