Skønt hus med en fantastisk udsigt og god beliggenhed. Man kan dog høre trafikken fra den store vej. Rigtig gode senge og nem ind og udtjekning.

Eine gut gelegene, etwas ältere Finca mit toller Aussichtslage und entsprechender Technik. Im Oktober ab ca. 17:30 Uhr liegen Haus und Pool leider im Schatten. Preis/Leistung passen.

The villa is an old nice house with great scenery and good location for reaching many of the beaches or restaurants. Unfortunately not maintained, the cleaning needs improvement as well as the facilities, the dish washer not working, the dishes and cutlery not clean, the towels in bad shape, smelly, no windows nets etc. Not good value for money.

We had an great time in the house. The view is amazing and close to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc but you need a car. The pool area is also nice and the Wifi works when 3 people are in video calls. It‘s also cool for running as you can run to the beach. The amenities were old and low quality. There was nothing provided, basics such as oil, salt, pepper etc. In general there was not a lot of cleanliness. The dishwasher was old and didn‘t clean. The check-in was cumbersome, they use a separate online communication tool outside of Airbnb and they ask you to sign a separate agremeent which was additional effort and stressful. Do not expect tips or any instructions once you arrive. Overall value did not match the price.

We had a great villa with a fantastic view over the bay of Port Pollenca. The issues we faced during our stay were addressed and solved but one. We will consider Dickinson for another vacation at Mallorca.
