La casina di Alessia è un alloggio davvero confortevole e accogliente in una zona silenziosa! Sono entrata in una tarda serata gelida di febbraio e subito sono stata accolta dal calore del riscaldamento acceso per me! E già siamo saliti a 100 punti!!! ;-) Facile da raggiungere, possiede parcheggio privato anche se io non l’ho mai usato perché ho sempre trovato posto in una stradina adiacente. Alessia è stata molto attiva, gentile e veloce nel rispondermi e fornirmi tutte le indicazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Pur vivendo all’estero!!! L’ambiente è pulito e la biancheria profuma di bucato fresco! I tre locali (camera, bagno, cucina) possiedono tutto ciò di cui c’è bisogno. Esiste pure una zona lavanderia anche se non ne ho avuto bisogno perché il mio soggiorno è stato breve. P.S: Alessia è molto amante dei cani, non ha avuto alcun problema ad ospitare i miei 4 Bassotti con cui dovevo gareggiare lì in Expo. A tal proposito vorrei segnalare un parco molto grande proprio davanti a casa!!!

Super cute little home in a nice residential neighborhood SE of the city center. On the ground floor, you enter through a corridor that has a door to the bedroom, another to a basement and ends in the living area/kitchen. I stayed for about a month working remotely from there, together with my small dog. Having a beautiful park across the street was invaluable. Alessia was a great host and very flexible and helpful. In general the area is quiet and will most amenities one would need on a daily basis.

I loved staying at Alessia's apartment. I work from home, and the internet connection was always excellent. The apartment is very well-equipped and conveniently located near many local businesses and a beautiful park for sports or take a walk. The bus stop is also very close and connects you to the city center in just 20 minutes. Communication with Alessia and her family was always excellent, and they were consistently attentive to ensure everything went smoothly. I would definitely return to Bologna to stay in this apartment; I thoroughly enjoyed it.
