This place isn’t worth a single penny. First off the room she will put you in isn’t the one you see in the listing. She will try to deny you service for having a service animal, and lastly the room will be disgusting, dust that hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Stains on the walls, Water damage and mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets and dirty mattress. Not to mention the burning smell of dog urine because the rug in the middle of the room is soaked in it. I showed up to this airbnb for 5 minutes before I left and contacted support for a full refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Natalia was an amazing host! This was my 1st time renting an AirBNB so I was a bit nervous. But her communication was great and the location was perfect! I definitely will book with her again in the future.

Benefit of the doubt as the lister stated she was not made aware of the concerns. the room was absolutely not the one advertised, tv and almost every outlet did not work. exposed wiring on the carpet throughout the room such as ethernet cords. I think she was out if town and her sons friends were all staying there as they were all hanging out in the living room and she stated she was not present.
