I would sat the key feature of this place is the location, which is fantastic. It is situated just a short walk away from the Duomo (and it's tube station). However we did have some issues with the boiler and hot water supply during our stay - it only seemed to produce enough hot water for 2 people to shower, and on one day it stopped working all together so we all had cold showers. We found the apartment to be nice and clean and of a reasonable size, given the location. The hosts were responsive and provided lots of recommendations for places to see and eat.

No hot water was a massive problem and the WiFi didn’t work. Lock on building front door was ridiculously difficult to operate. Apartment could do with an update lots of scuff marks making it seem unclean. Nice layout of apartment and we appreciated the 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Martin was responsive but ultimately unable to deliver on what we needed from the rental and we unfortunately had to leave early for alternate accommodation.

The apartment was super close to the duomo. You walk out and a few steps away is the beautiful duomo. HANA (an authentic Korean restaurant) which is right next door was absolutely delicious. Our favorite meal of our trip. The staff really takes pride in their service and food. It’s a must if you go. The apartment was not as clean as others we stayed at during our trip. The apartment didn’t have hot water the whole time we were there. I did reach out to the owner and I understand hot water is different in Europe. That being said, you can’t beat the location of the apartment.

Does the trick but I wouldn’t recommend to stay for more than 2 nights. Location is convenient and you will be in the center of everything. However the apartment isn’t in the best shape, hot water runs out pretty consistently, non working wifi. It’s a barebones space so keep expectations at a minimum.
