This cottage is an open concept, with a fully equipped kitchen, and propane fireplace for the cool months. Your living room has a full couch and leather chaise, with the flatscreen TV. Through the sliding barn doors is a master bedroom with a canopy King bed. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Outside you have your private hot tub with two nesting swings on the covered porch, as well as a private BBQ and fireplace right off the deck We are located on the Kingston Peninsula, less than one km from a private beach. A short 5 minute trip on a cable ferry takes you to a small town with all your amenities. 20 minutes further, and you are in the center of Saint John.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our getaway at Carters point. The cottage allowed us to spend time enjoying the beauty of the area, and served as a launching point for other activities in the area. The bed was the most comfortable I've experienced in an AirBnB!

We stayed at the Magpie. It was super clean. Most comfortable king size bed ever! Hot tub was so good and hot and had jets and different light settings. Porch swings were great. Rain shower was also great. Hoping to return in the fall and use the fireplace. Would highly recommend this stay
We had such an amazing time at Magpie this past weekend. Amazing views, enjoyed the hot tub and the newly renovated kitchen. We will definitely be back !

We are nearby local attractions, including a seasonal farmers market, apple picking, pumping patches, wineries, light houses and a covered bridge. We are a rural area, providing an extremely peaceful atmosphere.
