Spectacular apartment for 4 people, located in the heart of Seville. The building has the latest technology and has a rooftop terrace-solarium with a pool and views of the city open from 5th April to 2nd November. Welcome to CH Apartments Sevilla! We are in a historical building from 1850 located in the heart of Seville. The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Een geweldig verblijf, heel mooie nette kamer en een top locatie. Olga is zeer behulpzaam en geeft je goeie tips om de stad te bezoeken. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug.

This apartment was perfectly situated for our stay in Seville. Everything we wanted to visit in the city was walking distance. The apartment was clean, really spacious and a lovely place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and despite being located off a busy daytime plaza, it was dead silent at night. Olga was so helpful and accommodating with our checkin and out, allowing us to leave our bags. Allowing us to explore the city without having to pay to store our luggage elsewhere.
This was a really nice apartment in a well-kept, beautiful, and centrally located house. Even though we stayed for a night, we had everything what we needed and more.

The best way to get around the center of Seville is on foot, but if you come by car, we have parking spaces (for a fee) next to the establishment. From the airport it takes 17 minutes by car.
If you come by bus (from the airport), you must take the EA line to Plaza de Armas. Once there, you will have to walk 10 minutes to reach the apartments. In total, it will take 40 minutes.
If you come by train (Sevilla Santa Justa), you should take line 32 towards 'Plaza del Duque' in José Laguillo, in front of the train station. Once on the bus, you must get off at 'Imagen (Plaza de la Encarnación)' and walk 4 minutes to the apartments.

Hola, Soy Olga, creadora y directora de CH Apartments. Nos encontramos en un edificio histórico del año 1850, ubicado en el corazón de Sevilla, que hasta hace un año había sido mi casa. En este lugar crecí y viví algunos de los momentos más importantes de mi vida. En 2019 di un paso adelante en mi carrera profesional, y decidí transformar mi casa en un espacio donde la gente pudiera empaparse de la vida y la cultura de nuestra ciudad. Aquí, descubrirás que cada rincón ha sido pensado y preparado para el máximo disfrute y confort de nuestros huéspedes. Cada uno de los 6 apartamentos guarda rincones diferentes e increíbles. Hemos querido respetar y preservar los elementos más significativos que desde siempre han habitado el edificio, para fusionarlos con todas las comodidades e innovaciones de nuestros días. Todos ellos cuentan con altos techos de madera pintados a mano e iluminados con tecnología LED, dormitorio con cama extra-grande y cabeceros de terciopelo con conectores USB. Dos Smart TV, en dormitorio y salón; baños con ducha o bañera y papel pintado. Algunas de las paredes están forradas con porcelánico de Porcelanosa, otros disponen de balcón con vistas directas a la calle Daoíz, patio típico andaluz o terraza exterior privada en la última planta. Cada detalle cuenta.
