We loved our stay here. It is an historic home with modern charm and comfort, inside and out, that is well situated in town. The house was very clean and the beds and linens were comfortable. The kitchen was appropriately stocked for visitors (some coffee and cooking ingredients). It was spacious enough that 7 adults moved around the house easily and yet could gather together at the dining room table or, even better, in the backyard outdoor space (our favorite spot). It is easily walkable to sites near the plaza, restaurants, and Canyon Rd. Communication with Kutlu and Sasi was easy and quick. We would definitely stay again with a large group.

Truly wonderful house with lots of space for a large group. Great kitchen, very comfortable beds, fun decor. The location couldn’t be better or more convenient. Very walkable to downtown and the historic district. Kutlu was a terrific host. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. There was parking which is rare in that part of the city. We had all the amenities. It really felt like a vacation home.

Great support and great, convenient property. Santa Fe Plaza was a blast for New Years! Kutlu did an outstanding job.
