Janet was a wonderful host. I felt right at home in the house, and everything I needed was provided. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, which is a treat if anyone comes to DC for work. I highly recommend this property and Janet’s hospitality.

Excellent experience from booking, check in and check out. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Reserved parking is right outside the door so no hunting for a secure parking location. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay. Located near the super market, easy run to the trail and great location to navigate from. Bed comfortable and everything I needed was there.

I had a good time at Janet's place. Check-in was easy, the space was nice, and the stay was overall pleasant. The only issue I had during the stay was finding more than a few bugs, but that wasn't a big deal at all. The space is actually bigger than you'd think, which is nice. More than enough room for one person. The event that caused me to rate the experience so poorly took place after check-out (and had to be resolved by Airbnb). After I left, Janet decided to blame me for some scratches on her kitchen table that were there when I got there and file a claim with Airbnb to request over $500 from ME to replace the entire table😂. Very odd behavior. And she fought tooth and nail to get me to pay for this scratch that literally had nothing to do with me. Airbnb ended up determining that I was not responsible for it but it was just super frustrating and upsetting to be lied on and what felt like being scammed. I enjoyed my stay, but will not be back given this experience.
