The property consists of two semi-detached villas that are connected with an outdoor terrace in a Gated Exclusive Complex with Panoramic Views, Gardens, and an Infinity Pool. The infinity pool is shared between the complex. The 8 acre complex is full of fruit bearing trees such as lemons and figs. It is located in Kriopigi which is renowned for its restaurants and crystal clear sea. This is the perfect villa for a mediterranean holiday located on the top of a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Had a brilliant 10 day stay at this villa. We were 2 families so these properties next to each other were perfect. They were well equipped and very homely. The pool was awesome with views over the sea. Although the pool is shared, we often had it all to ourselves. The beach is a short 5 min walk through a private path and you can eat and drink at the Hotel and Kyma beach bar which is further along. I strongly recommend a visit to Agora beach also. Hermes the host was honestly one of the best Air BnB hosts we have had, he couldn't do enough to help, providing advice on where to eat and visit and even helped us with restaurant reservations and local taxi companies to go into the neighboring towns in the evening. Will definitely be back.

Kriopigi has great restaurants and bars. There are 3 local supermarkets, a pharmacy, a church and a renowned butcher. The complex is in close proximity to a 5 star hotel and beach bars. The complex is only a short drive away from the sea. The village is 5km away from Kallithea, 8km away from Afytos, and 3.5km away from Polychrono.
You can pass by the Church of St George, Anthoula’s square and reach Kriopigi ‘s spring to drink cold and fresh water. The village has been called Kriopigi which translates to “cold spring”.
We recommend renting a car as there are plenty of attractions and getting around to different beach bars. We are happy to recommend car rental companies as we have plenty of local knowledge.
