We found this place exactly as advertised. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, there were even some spices and seasonings left for us to use in the kitchen. All appliances were in mint condition. Towels in the bathroom were top notch and the livingroom couch was very comfy There are a few minor things that should be addressed by the owners such as the screen door leading onto the deck did not open easily and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The beds were ok but not the most comfortable. We LOVED LOVED LOVED the deck although it got pretty hot in the afternoons once the sun came around and the table umbrella's weren't big enough to completely sheild us from the sun but we really loved the view. The pictures make it look like the condos on either side look directly down on you if you're on the deck but that isn't the case. The way the house is angled and with strategically placed trees, we had complete privacy! I would definitely go back to this house!

This place is a beach lovers dream, absolutely gorgeous! I’ve been to quite a few beaches but I have to say this one may be the most beautiful. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable and it is furnished with everything you need to feel at home. The thing that caught me by surprise was the light restrictions. That beach is a replenishment beach for loggerhead turtles. It was amazing to get to see them in the wild, coming out of the water and onto the beach to make their nests. However, because the turtles are bothered by lights, there can’t be any outside lights on in the evening and if you have lights on in the house, all the shades and curtains must be closed. It’s not a huge deal but if you’re like me and enjoy sitting on the deck with a cocktail in the evening you might be disappointed.

ON THE BEACH! Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio watching the waves and have dinner there while you watch the sunset. The house was clean and had everything we needed - towels, beach and lounge chairs, comfortable furniture, kitchen with all essentials, laundry and more. Manasota Key has a few nice restaurants and you can even get some live music, all in couple minutes drive or a 15 minute walk from the house.
