The furnishings include a comfortable queen sized bed, as well as living room pieces, and a high top table for dining. The 1000 square foot space has high ceilings and skylights. There is plenty of storage. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. The casita is close to fabulous hiking, biking and bird watching trails. This casita is located on 4 acres near the Saguaro National Monument.

This casita is located on a dirt road. Each home is located on 3.3 acres or more so there is not a "neighborhood".
Although the casita is located in the desert it is only a few minutes by car to the nearest grocery store or shopping.

I love living in the Southwest. I moved here from NYC and knew that I wanted to live in the desert. We have lived on this property for 22 years.
