Pros: -Volunteers are the best of all the staff there -The view is beyond beautiful and the hostal is chill and cozy -Hot showers -The food was good Cons: -communication from host Diego is embarrassingly bad, rent this place through the official site to avoid this bad experience and lower lrice -managers at this place are not helpful and have an attitude, volunteers do everything in this place and I mean everything. -managers deny you wifi access for bs reasons, just ask the volunteers to share the wifi to you. -cash only, they do accept cards but you have to insist which is ridiculous. Credit cards don’t work. -When asking about my safety and well being in the occasion of the Cotopaxi volcano erupting, my question was ignored.

The location is great without a doubt. Its secluded on a mountain which is great. However, the lack of communication until you get there takes away from the magic. THIS IS A COMPANY not an individual! Which is fine but we weren't even made aware of this until the day before! They have packages, events, TRANSPORTATION available! If we would have know we would have allocated our money towards them but since it took a lot of messages ( that went unanswered till this day) and countless calls for them to respond we couldn't do that. While the location is on a mountain they have employees who are in the city so don't believe the "no service in the mountains" excuse. Also with all that being said bring cash when you stay here, like i said they do have events tha you will have to pay for but won't know about until you get there.
