We loved our three nights at Cozy Cabin. Everything was comfortable, clean, lovely to look at - and cozy. Safety lighting, thoughtful design and accessories and it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to light streaming in through the stained glass windows in the loft, or to sit on the screened porch for breakfast or sunny afternoon wine. The bath house is squeaky clean and warm, Theresa even provides a robe to saunter out to it in! One caveat is that this is NOT accommodation for the less limber as the sleeping loft, despite its being accessed by an extremely sturdy and well made ladder with a metal safety grip at the top- it IS a vertical ladder and guests need to be comfortable climbing up, and climbing down. We hope definitely to return for another stay.

Very peaceful. Go off the grid and unplug! Best sleep ever, great weather and nature sounds. Host was very responsive, available if needed but unobtrusive. Seems far away from. hustle and bustle but less than 10 minutes from "city". Very accommodating host! we will be back and definitely recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the octagon house. It was close to everything I needed yet completely peaceful and tranquil. The sleeping loft was comfortable and cozy. Theresa is a great host and amazing artist. I would definitely stay at her place again!

Loved our stay at Theresa’s peaceful place! It was beautiful and we will definitely be back. It was the perfect location to explore Durham, Raleigh, and Chapel hill. The bed was comfortable and the vibes were immaculate.
