Great little private house at the quiet end of Mui Ne Beach. Large bedroom and bathroom. Care taker lives on site so felt very safe and lovely to have them make us breakfast each morning. Close to beach though not swimable. Lots of nice little restaurants nearby. Owner quick to respond to messages and accomodating for early checkout. Beds a bit hard but not a big problem. Thank you for a great stay…

숙소가 매우 더럽습니다 방에 들어가자 알 수 없는 냄새가 났어요. 방과 화장실 욕조에 거미와 개미가 있었습니다. 화장실 사용이 불가능해서 샤워도 할 수 없었습니다. 청소를 전혀 하지 않은 방으로 보입니다. 냉장고는 고장나서 사용할 수 없었습니다. 수영장도 매우 더러워 사용할 수 없었습니다. 물 위와 물 속에 나뭇잎이 많았고 기름이 떠 있었습니다. 2박 일정을 잡았으나 1박 후 다른 호텔을 잡았습니다. 이불에서 이상한 냄새가 나서 옷에 냄새가 베여서 불쾌하였습니다.

We are a group of 5 looking for a private and clean place for a retreat and BBQ. From the description, it seems this place a good match. Overall: Not worth what we paid for. The host's service level- not a caring one. We were driving a car from HCMC, from the address, we expect it's on the main road and a yard which we can park a 5-seat car. But it's located in a small alley and NO NOTICE from the host, the given address is just a small store nearby the alley. Until we got lost and called the host, then we knew. The parking yard is small as well, we parked outside. House watcher service level - not expected at all. There's a lady living in a separate house inside the area to "take care" of us. Not what we expected we rent the whole place for privacy, the host could have mentioned in the description or communicated. She was friendly to us and the neighbor as well, she allowed them to come in and look around while we are BBQ-ing (?!). She was "looking after" us literally, but not what we expected, felt like we were not alone. We just expect the host to support us upon request. Cleanliness: can't rate The room is dusty, the bathroom and bathtub are dirty and the cutlery has not been cleaned, it's oily and still have leftover food stuck in. Honestly, we must keep ourself stop thinking about bedsheet and other stuff. But we couldn't have breakfast thinking about the level of cleanliness.
