Incredible stay! The unit was pristine & exactly what we saw in the pictures provided. Check-in is easy and the hotel this unit is in is absolutely amazing. Five Star hosted us here and they were the best hosts!
Bait and Switch. Seems to be their thing. (based on other reviews) I booked a 3/3 direct ocean view condo, 2492 sq ft with additional den with sofa bed, and separate laundry room. They put us in a 3/3 1827 sq ft unit with no view, no den, no laundry room. We made the booking a full year ahead of time. They refused to move us, and refused to discount or comp anything. I spoke with Jennifer, the owner of the company. She explained that she had listed the property at the wrong price, and that our rate was lower than what she could get for the room we booked, and therefore she was putting us in a lesser unit. Again, she refused to move us, and refused to discount or comp anything. Her only offer was to refund us — and we could try to find other accommodations directly through the hotel or elsewhere. She said that she would be able to rent it out from under us immediately and at a higher rate. Beware!!

We had a great stay! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online! The unit is gorgeous! Amazing view of the ocean, kitchen well stoked and enough rooms for a big family. The staff at fivestarluxurytravel was friendly and available 24/7! All the hotel amenieties was super graet.. Pool, Spa, Beach.. A 5 star vacation!! Will definitaly come back!
