Natadal (or more specifically Uppigard Natadal) is a traditional main area farm in the heart of Telemark county from the 1700s that is now run as a guest house. Here you live well in beautiful peaceful surroundings, close to the nature and mythical traditions. The farm and the surrounding area are almost like a museum with 11 buildings and many common areas to explore and enjoy. The Høie-Evensen room is named after the major area farmer who built up much of Uppigard Natadal in the 1700s. The room was built in 1994, but it is built into a barn building from 1750. The unit has a double bed, sofa, table, desk and TV. There is a bathroom in the room. There is a terrace overlooking the valley and mountains in the area.

Natadal is located in Flatdal in the county of Seljord, A valley community in the heart of Telemark with around 3000 inhabitants. Flatdal is a nearby valley with about 500 inhabitants. The area has some agriculture, and high mountains surround the valley. Natadal is facing south with an eagles view of the valley below with good sun conditions. There are great conditions for walks in the mountains and fields, lake activities, skiing, fishing, and general outdoor activities. It is possible with some activities in the area including historic, cultural and artistic experiences.

It is recommended to come with your own car since public transport services in the area are very limited. Pick-up/drop-off from/to the nearest bus stop (Gvammen knutepunkt in Hjartdal or Århus knutepunkt in Seljord) can be arranged for an additional fee.
