Steffen and Sofia were excellent hosts and we very much enjoyed our stay in their beautiful home. Amazing views of the forest and we enjoyed the easy access to the hiking trails. Everything was perfect!

Sofia und Steffen sind uns als sehr freundliche und bemühte , umsichtige Gastgeber begegnet. Unseren Wünschen wurde umgehend entsprochen. Mehr geht eigentlich nicht. Besonders begeistert hat uns der Blick in den Schwarzwald von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse.

This place was ideal for us with a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It was easy for us to park our car and drive to nearby scenic places. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They helped us with local suggestions and went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable.

Easy 5/5, beautiful getaway spot. Hosts are beyond amazing and super helpful. Combination of "cozy wood fire in the fireplace, on the couch in grandma's wooden cottage", with "60's USA retro", however with all the most modern amenities. QR codes for all your sightseeing and hiking trip planning needs, but the hosts are just as glad to instruct you themselves as well, if you like that. Charging stations everywhere, great atmospheric lighting options, a big TV and modern bluetooth sound systems. And a really cozy and warm wood stove central heater. The house was cozy, stylish, very clean, and completely stocked with firewood and awesomely tasty beers from the hosts' own craft beer brewery (upon request). The surroundings are gorgeous, we love the beautiful quiet hills of the Black Forest. Lots of walking paths everywhere. We were very satisfied. Would recommend and also go again a next time!! Cheers!!
