The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, nestled behind the vast Parc Réjaubert in lush greenery. Outdoor parking is available down the entrance of the villa.
Many walks and hikes are accessible from the end of the street, to the four cardinal points, to explore the surrounding mountains and hills.
Mountain biking trails crisscross the surrounding mountains.
