We stayed 2 nights and we wish we stayed more! It was a nice and clean huge house to stay if you have a big family and kids love it. The only downside is that we wish we can cook there. But overall we love the place. Definitely we will go back there and stay more nights!

Can't think of a better way our party of 12 could have experienced the great state of Maine at such an affordable rate! The house was such a great landing spot after a long road trip. We were only able to stay a couple nights, but we all wish it could have been longer.

In all it was a good stay with rooms looking as advertised and ample space inside and out. We had 12 people in total and there was plenty of room for both recreation and parking. The biggest reason for the dockings in my rating were due to the fact that there was a big leak in the roof of one of the two bathrooms. After returning from a long day and night out, we returned to an upstairs bathroom that was soaked, so needless to say it was an inconvenience for 6+ people who needed to shower and get ready for bed. After calling the next morning, we were offered rooms in the main property. This was appreciated, though we booked the cottage with 12 people precisely so we could all hang out and interact with one another in the same space. So we just spent the last day of our trip with wet feet! Mistakes happen, but maintenance was aware of the issue before our stay and I guess just praying for no rain. There just needs to be a walkthrough of the cottage and some projects taken care of before it is rented again.

We enjoyed our visit to the Poland Springs resort so much that we booked a return trip later this summer. We loved it there and we are looking forward to our return visit
