Another amazing stay in New Symrna Beach at Erica's condo. We have stayed in another one of her properties and this one also did not disappoint. We loved the beachy vibes and you can't beat the view! We will be back for our 5th year in a row!

Loved Erica and her place! She was super attentive to us and our needs during our stay! Her condo was beautiful, and the view of the beach was amazing! The only complaint I have was that the condominium building was doing construction during part of our stay, which was a little annoying, but Erica warned us before our stay, so other then that it was great! Would definitely recommend!

Erica was very responsive and accommodating to requests due to our situation of being between places. The condo is updated with new furnishings and has everything you need to cook at home. The panoramic views are amazing of the ocean. I would definitely return in the future.

This place was so fantastic I’m currently strategizing in how we can spend a LOT more time here! The views are perfect as you can see all the way to the jetty. The angle of the condo gives you privacy. It’s at the end of the walkway, right before the ocean so loud people walking past your door. The home either had a professional designer or a very talented owner. No detail was overlooked! The home was immaculately clean. The managers were spot on and such a joy to work with. Can’t wait to come back!

Enjoyed the location very much, hosts were friendly and available but not overbearing. I would definitely stay here again.
