I had a great stay. The host was very responsive and helpful even with hiccups on my part and accommodating, especially when I requested an additional amenity. I would definitely stay at one of Mark's properties again if I ever contracted in the area in the future.

I rented Mark's place for three months while working at Johns Hopkins. There were some minor issues with the home but Mark handled them quickly and professionally. The location is very convenient to Johns Hopkins (1 mile) but looks like it is in a sketchy neighborhood. The place has a security system, and to be honest I never felt scared/less safe than I did in the rest of Baltimore. What has not been mentioned in the rest of the reviews is it is right next to an Amtrak railroad. It is a very busy railroad so if that bothers you, it may be an issue. But the rest of the homes in that area will have the same issue and the price for this place was reasonable compared to the rest. I would stay there again.

The row home was very cozy and Mark was super attentive and quick to respond to all of our questions. The location is extremely convenient if working at Johns Hopkins main campus or even Bayview campus, but isn’t in the greatest area. That being said, we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. If work ever takes me back to Baltimore, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Just can’t say enough great things about our three months in Baltimore! And Sam and Cecil the neighbors are so helpful and very sweet! Always felt safe there and so many places close by
