The home was beautiful. Everything was nicely furnished with extra linen and towels. Great selection of games to play. Plenty of space for the family to spread out and enjoy each others company comfortably. Roy was very responsive and made sure to check on us to make sure we had what we needed. The home more than exceeded our expectations and anytime we come to Texas I will do my best to book with him again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home made us never want to leave!

Roy's place was exactly as advertised, well-appointed, the pool was awesome, and he was very responsive and easy to coordinate with. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Dallas area with a large group!

Loved the place, it was spacious, clean and lots of amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool!

This was a fantastic place! I was in the area for my daughter's wedding. The house made the stressful weekend a little easier. We had plenty of room to work on last minute projects for the wedding. Beds were comfortable and gave a great rest. I would be happy to stay here again. (Maybe in a warmer time of year so we could use the fabulous pool area.)

This place was the perfect place for our family to spend the holidays after moving around from different AirbnB's after our own home flooded. It was in a great location, spacious and very cozy and felt like home. Its in a neighborhood with good side walks for walking and a park within walking distance. It has a great kitchen for cooking meals and had most all the utensils and cooking things we needed. It was too cold to use the pool but it did look inviting. We would have extended our stay if it was open when we needed it! Its definetely a place we will consider next time we need a place to stay in the area. Roy was very responsive and helpful when needed.
