I stayed at Elsa's basement for 3 months during the 2023 winter. Elsa's place is exactly as shown in the pictures, and she makes sure that everything is always clean and tidy for guests. The house is a calm, family residence and the basement disposition offers a lot of privacy and peace. The room is relatively small, but enough for a single person to live confortably for a while, especially considering the excelent value for money. I highly recommend staying here.

House is in a quiet neighbourhood close to transit (bus and subway) and supermarkets. Elsa is a generous host and ensures that common areas are kept nice and tidy. Would recommend without hesitation.

The hosts are very attentive, kind and helpful. They are also aware of each guest’s needs. I especially liked the cleanliness of the place, 5 stars; Elsa keeps the rooms super clean and tidy at all times which I think is important as it can make the staying experience much more comfortable and pleasant. Location is also good as the house is within walking distance of grocery stores and convenient transportation. I am glad I chose this place for my stay, I recommend it without hesitation.

This was probably one of my best Airbnb experiences ever. The host Elsa goes above and beyond to not only make sure youre comfortable but also make sure the house is clean and sanitized. I would also say the value is really worth it, a very fair price in my opinion. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to North York. It’s also a 25-30min drive to downtown Toronto and right beside Downsview park!!
