Host gave clear instructions how to get inside the apartments, welcomed my request to check-in a bit earlier. Nice and cozy flat, great location. Recommended!

Would definitely stay here again! Apartment was clean, AC and WiFi worked great (for the many video calls I took), bed was comfy, and bathroom was clean w hot water. Location is great, near restaurants and a park, and their landscaping around the apartment was beautiful - a few different options for relaxing outside the apartment behind the gate. Daniela was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Easy check-in as well as good location. However the Wifi was very flaky and made remote work difficult. Sometimes no connection at all. Also there are ants

Die Wohnung und die grüne Umgebung hat mir gut gefallen. Ich habe mich sicher gefühlt und konnte zu Fuß den Bus gut erreichen um etwas zu unternehmen. Falls man in der Wohnung kochen möchte, muss man sich auf jeden Fall selbst Gewürze besorgen, so etwas ist nicht vorhanden, aber ich habe viel außerhalb gegessen von daher war das ok. Der selbst Check-In war einfach. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

I’d like to give thanks to a Daniela and Federico for hosting me. I had a wonderful extended stay (I was there for 17 days). Laura and Fernando were great and kept my place spotless. If I needed anything they would supply it with lovely smiles. Daniela is a very responsive host and it shows that she cares about her guests. If I needed anything related to the apartment she was gracious and provided it. I HIGHLY recommend casa Rubia. Just don’t rent it when I need it haha. Also this is so much better than the hotel tourist trap area, great restaurants within walking distance. Actually pretty much anything you need is within 600 meters of the studio. In this area you’ll meet the real cancunenses. Pure love to Daniela, Federico, Laura and Fernando 🥰❤️💕
